It is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make in your life. Our goal is to give you, the client, the best inspection and report possible to set your mind at ease. Once the inspector has done a thorough walk-thru of the property, he will gladly meet with you to discuss any findings that were made and answer any questions that you may have.
Meet Your Inspector:
Darren Sponable
Darren was born and raised in Plattsburgh, NY before setting off to receive his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from SUNY Institute of Technology in Utica, NY. After college, he spent time living in both Syracuse and Amsterdam before deciding to return home with his wife, who also grew up in Plattsburgh, and their young daughter.
Darren decided to become a home inspector after his daughter was born. He has always been a DIYer and found he really enjoys working on projects to improve his home. When the decision was made to return to Plattsburgh with his family, Darren took the opportunity to enter field aligned with his interests, allowed him the flexibility to work for himself, and the ability to care for his family.
Darren is an avid outdoorsman. In his free time you can probably find him and his family climbing some mountain in the Adirondacks, camping in a State Park, or planning their next National Park trip.
